iTunes Album Art Bug – The New iPod Touch (5th Generation)

I sent this to Apple Support:
Dear Apple,
I just bought a new iPod and the album art pictures work on my PC but don’t show properly on the iPod. Is the software broken? I tried turning off and on the sync a few times but nothing is fixing the problem.
Another problem: If I double click on a song it sometimes crashes iTunes.
Tsukumo has New iPods and iPad Minis
