2011-09-06th Toyohira River Flooding (Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Japan)
2 typhoons almost made it up here together and there has been a lot of rain. It’s the first time in 10 years I’ve seen the Toyohira river flooding.

The water level is starting to drop now but the police had to get rid of some reporters that wanted to stand in the water and take shots.
