If your WordPress admin bar is a bit crazy and the text moves around on a mouse-over you may need to turn off Chrome Slimming Paint.

Type this into Chrome.

chrome://flags/#disable-slimming-paint

Disable the Slimming Paint setting.

Restart Chrome.

The WordPress menu should be working properly.
